Good picture tools for Windows 7?

I meant, the EDITING TOOLS, not only for taking a glance at it.
I suggest to use GIMP(althogh it's originally of Linux ) or Adobe Photoshop. What would you guys use?

Depends what you want to do. I use Gimp too, but it is rather complex for the occasional user. Picasa is nice too and easier to use. And for basic editing FastStone Image Viewer is another option.

I use Gimp also and Irfanview for quick viewing and resizing. Both are free.

I use PS for most of my editing, but just use Windows Photo Viewer for viewing.

I use Paint.net because it's easy to use, has a slick interface and has most of the features other picture editing software have.
