Please save a grand old program

Mouseimp Pro is a very handy tool which needs your help.

    MouseImp Pro Live!

It has been around for many years and has a lot of fans, but it has been
abandoned by the original maker. It has been upgraded for vista but not for
    Windows 7

It will work with Windows 7 x32 but not x64.

I am running x32 in order to use it. It's competition does not even compare.
Mouseimp is a really terrific tool worthy of someones attention.

PLEASE. Will someone please take a look, Mouseimp is worth saving!!

I would do this myself if I could, but I do not have the talent, Please Help

    Thanks for listening,
    Richard

    Thanks,

Compatibility mode does not help. The program loads but is inactive. It also has
an intermittent clash with MSE. It makes MSE stop working after a reboot
    ( sometimes )

    Thanks, Pusspa

The problem is that the 64 bit alternative is not worth a dam, The other alternative
" Mouse Star " is also not good.

To tell the difference one just need try the three different programs.

Mouseimp works much better than the others. It is most frustrating that no one
is willing to adopt this poor old program.

Anyone using Mouseimp for a few minutes
would hate to give it up. It is extremely convenient. No more having to reach for
the scroll bars, Just hold down a mouse button and scroll to your hearts content.

Well if it's that good, then see if you can:
    A. get enough users to work together any buy the license and source code from the manufacturer (not likely)
    B. try to encourage a similar company to purchase the code
    C. encourage the company to release the code to the public.

EDIT: nevermind. I discovered that the source code is already on the site.
in which case anybody that has familiarity with programming may be able to update it.
