    Background Processes

    Hello;

    In XP, all background processes were listed under "Run" in System Registry. In Windows 7, however, it seems that only some are there.

    Where can I find them in Windows 7 Pro?

    Thanks!

    Do mean the running ones? or the ones that may run at start up? Task mgr>process tab

    Press Windows Logo, type in run, press enter, type in msconfig, click on the startup tab. Hope this helps .

    I know that method. I've read that it's now built into Task Scheduler. Is that right?
