Ripping High quality music from cds? Which program?

    Ripping High quality music from cds? Which program?


    I would like to rip the cds that I own to my computer so i can put them on my iPhone. What program is the best and how do I insure there ripping in high quality?

    I've heard of both. How are the interfaces on them?

    I saw eac is good. It looks to be command line only though. Any input on it?

    Yeah but I am trying to cut down on the clutter added to my machine. Plus user feedback is always good.

    I rip my "regular" cds using iTunes, I rip my "special" cds using EAC. The difference is minimal, but noticeable in higher end audio equipment. As far as GUI concerned, I don't think it's something you'd be worried... hint: rip as wav first, then transcode to whatever your preferred format.

    Could you possibly post a guide on ripping with eac?

    I guess you can start by download the app, and fire it up... see what comes up, and what issues you met along the way, report here... The program it self is self explanatory...

    Got another question for you all.
    How do you feel about handbrake for ripping dvds?
    Have you tried burnaware 3?
