Windows Live Wave 4 BETA issue

When I start up messenger or any other application it claims I have an update so I click to update it however it then dies saying I have no internet connection when I do, any ideas?

64-bit Windows 8.1 Pro

Windows Live Wave 4 BETA is a closed beta program open to a select few....You should direct your question to the Beta team...

cant uninstall Windows Live Wave 4 Beta
well i made the grave mistake of installing this without a backup. now it thinks its still installed, but there is no windows live folders on my computer and my registry from what i can tell has no mention of them. now i jsut have to figure out how to get the OS to think that there is no windows...
