My windows 7 wont let me update my norton

How do i reset it to factory settings?

Should i do this?

I just quickly scanned through all these posts, so sorry if I missed this if it was previously asked.

When you set up your wireless network, did you select "public location" by any chance? I know when I enter my PC into a public network my Norton 360 will not update.

He uninstalled Norton.

Yeah and i took theog advice and i restored my computer to factory settings and its working thanks to all who tried to help me.
