    Have you considered whether you need Norton or not? There are plenty of free/cheap solutions out there (Avast, AVG) that do not consume half the system resources Norton does, and provide better security.

    Yeah the thing is my Norton is not the full version and I have the installation of avg but when install it needs to connect to the internet and that's the problem I'm having.

    The fix button would do update and it cant update because it says there is no internet when i do and 29 days remaining.

    You may still have active malware have a look at this link (print it off if you can) study it carefully & try running RKill then update malwarebytes & scan again (remember do not restart your computer until finished as it will stop the RKill process

    Follow the instructions carefully

    Edit; this is assuming when you say you still have the same problem you mean you still cant update Malwarebytes or Norton

    Edit; the other option is Superantispyware portable it has a file extension that is not supposed to be detected by malware, you may have to download it to a USB from another computer;
