Outlook 2003 with Win 7 screen resolution reset

When I try to run Outlook 2003 in Win 7 Pro, it changes the screen resolution to the lowest available. As soon as I get out of Outlook, the resolution returns to normal.

What is up? This problem began about two days ago. Prior to that it worked for about ten days after upgrading the computer to Win 7 Pro. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Office 2003 suite and have all updates in place including SP3.

Not sure after doing some reading... Should I download PowerPoint Viewer 2007 or 2003 for W7 64 bit?

Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit

Dowload 2007. That will give you the ability to view Powerpoints saved in the new file type.
