The information can help me diagnose the problem. Lets make sure that it is not due to a memory problem. Download and use this.
Lets check for corruption
Go to search type cmd, then right click and run as administrastor. in the cmd prompt type sfc /scannow.
If that is ok. Next time you play the game and problems happen, go to search type event viewer and make a note of the errors.

i didn't know how to use Event Viewer for the purpose you mentioned!
one more thing, this program Free DVD Creator v2.0 just won't work
anymore; i reinstalled it, restart the laptop & tried to use Troubleshooting
Compatibility but it just won't start < i already used this program a few days ago.

Make sure that your version of the game is using 64 bit drivers. You may have to download new drivers.

Of course you are right we were talking about programs. After answering so many posts it is easy to get confused. In any event, make sure that you have to most current updates for all the programs involved. Visit the Mfg website. You only have to do it for one, at this point, encyclopedia, as we are using that for our test.
