realtime sync

Is there a freeware program that can sync 2 directories on different computers, that doesn't work on a schedule?
Im making a carpc and i want it to sync my music folders whenever its in range of my wifi, and on.

One such app is called folder sync. It is free and works in win 7. I use it

Thanks for the advice but i want one that constantly syncronizes 2 folders, without me having to press any buttons to do it.

To do that the program has to use Folder Change Notification operating system call. Which is expensive. Meaning it will probably run your HD quite frequently.

If that's ok then I'd search freeware sites for something with keywords "folder monitor sync"
