hey, im new here, so i apologize if this has been posted before. roxio burn came with my laptop and i was wondering if i needed additional software to rip and burn dvds. if so what would you recommend? if not, how do you rip and burn dvds using this program? thanks in advance.
I haven't used roxio so far eventhough it was already installed on my computer when I purchased it. However, I'm using Nero instead and I think it's much faster, efficiently, many functions and most of all, very easy too use, you can read more information about Nero and try the trial at it's main website here:

Does the program show on start menu all programs list? If so, expand the folder, I'd think there should be a help link there. If not, open the program and look for help tab. If not, open the installation folder in programs, and there should be a .chm file. I personally am unfamiliar with it, but found this link:
