I do not know whether the SIV program has already been mentioned. It is a really nifty little program that give you all the info about your system. A real Geek tool.

Thanks WHS looks really interesting was looking for something with core temp measurements and there's MORE lol!!

Lol, that happens to all of us WHS. The System Information Viewer site has a familiar looking wizard.
