    FCleaner looks like a copy of CCleaner so use that instead as it does work with Windows 7. Theres no mention of Windows 7 support for FCleaner.

    Nice list. Didn't see these, sorry if I missed a mention:

    Bulk Rename Utility
    Batch files - replace text, date/time stamps, auto number, convert case, etc. Design looks like it was awesome for Windows 3.5. But it has come in handy many, many times. Great little program. Less than 2 MB.

    BIMP Lite
    Similar look to BRU above (different company) but this is for photos - resize, flip, rotate, thumbnails, format, metastuff, etc. I've been a dedicated Photoshop user since it came out, but I'll take this over bloated Adobe Bridge every time. About 7 MB.

    BIMP people also have a batch renamer. I prefer BRU but check it out.

    Everything
    Search tool scrapes every scrap of crap on your system. Only 1.25 MB but a real a-kicker. Haven't found one that tops it.

    GOM Media Player
    Like their site says: free, simple, light, it just plays. 17 MB on my PC.

    Here is another usefull utility which works well in all versions of windows.

    License: Free
    Languages: English
    Description: FileNote is a little shell extension that allows you to add textual descriptions to your files. It adds one command to the shell context menu of a file object. This command lets you easily edit or create a text file that has the same name as the initial file, but with the extension TXT. For example, if you have a file, MyImage.jpg, you right-click on that file and choose the FileNote command from the context menu. A new text file called MyImage.txt is created and Notepad is opened to edit that text file. If a text file with that name already exists, it will be opened for viewing/editing.)

I scrolled down to the Macrium Reflect Free entry, clicked on the link, only to find it goes right to C/NET with no choice (at least I didn't see one) but to use their "agent" to download. I also tried Major Geeks and got the same "agent" trash. Does anyone know of a safe site to download...
I really like this free app. (but find the latest beta version works better in 7. There is a paid pro version that adds little that the free version doesn't have. The free version basically has everything most users would need. One thing I really like about it is by default it gives you more...
