I have noticed that this free picture editing website is not on the list. This website is quite good. It is the one that Picasa recommends when you edit from there. The website is called Picnic

Here is another Photo editing program that is free. This program I consider the best. But it is a little bit more in depth. I find it just a little bit more on the harder side to use than Picnic.

    Messer recorder

I have used this for 10 yrs!

Messer - Memo Session Sound Recorder

It's a sound recorder that records anything you hear from a website or external hookup.Files will be recorded as an MP3 file. ( reason I have 175gigs of MP3's )

but I think you have to have a soundcard that has WAVEOUT. ( my vista laptop does not have waveout)

    read the install carefully.

it works on Win2000, Millennium, XP Home/Pro, Vista, Win7

    Hi Brink etc.

Did you guys miss my last post in this thread UnFREEz it is a free lil app that makes animated gifs and works on my w7 64bit. Do have to use other programs maybe to edit photos or screens to gif and same size. But this lil app can turn them into animated gif's

Or maybe you guys did not care to use it for some reason- thats cool too. Just thought maybe you guys missed it. I know you guys can not add all of the millions of programs to your list- but I have seen no animated gif apps etc. Post it on main page or not is fine with me either way.

If you guys like or think it might help to use it, I would gladly make a easy to follow walk through using unfreez and say irafan view with screen shots or I could even make a video or both. Desk top recordings are not so easy to get the best of quality video out of them. I could also use virtualdub and show folks how to pull clips out of videos to turn them into a animated gif too. Could be the winning touchdown from the supper bowl anything. Just let me know.

    You folks take care..

it would be even better if they stuck a 'save' button on the image editor, where the rather useless 'paste' button is now.

They did, if you click on the blue button in the top left hand corner, you can select "Save" and "Save as"

Hope that helps, let me know if you need some screenies!

I understand. Sorry. You might be able to find the source code and change it though.

    Just an idea,
