    I tunes Problem

I have a problem with my i tunes, I click on the desktop icon and i get the error message " the i tunes application could not be opened. you do not have enough access privileges to open this application." Tried calling apple and uninstalled apple stuff and reloaded it...... nothing same message, next created a new user acccount , an admin. account and it works there? Cant figure why it wont work under my other admin account?
