    Trend Micro Problem When Activating


    So I found out today that Trend Micro does not work for Windows 7.

    I installed the Windows 7 version. But apparently something with my serial number screwed up.

    Said I had to take it off another computer to install it. Ok, thought so. I went to put in the password, but the email is some email that is @trend.com.tw

    And that is definitely not my e-mail. Did this happen to anyone else?

    On another computer with Windows 7, it just wouldn't take the serial number.

    Problems with Trend Micro


    I have a trial version of Trend Micro 2010. I keep getting the message that there may be a problem with the latest update. I have gone through all the fixes suggested on their website and have been going back and forth via email with technical support. I still don't have it fixed. Basically, it installed, but the updates won't take.

    I have an ASUS netbook. I'm thinking Trend Micro won't work with Windows 7. Any ideas?

My last AV has expired and as a temporary fix, I installed Trend Micro Titanium on my PC. I was wondering which would be the best paid version to go with - Trend Micro Titanium 2011 or McAfee 2011? Has anyone had any problems with these AV vendors/programs before? :geek:
After my Norton license is up, I am thinking about trying out the new Trend Micro Titanium 2011 Maximum Security product and was wondering if anyone has tried it/has had good luck with it. I haven't really heard too much about it. Thanks! :)
