    hmm two companies distributing HJT?

    Use the one from TrendMicro, right click and run as administrator. If you're running 64Bit Windows, it can't recognize the 023 lines, so it will say 'file missing' ... don't mess with those!

    Worth looking at the Emsisoft app. - it's a different thing -interesting, though.

    EDIT: Just uploaded a file via the Trend Micro app. - got this error message - it doesn't appear to work too well under 7100 x64

    I ran hijackthis and pasted the log to hijackthis.de and found 3 unknown entries. This is a real superb tool.

    Just because it's unknown by that online scan, doesn't mean you should "fix" it!
