Family Tree Maker 2010 platinum /drive

    You don't have to change anything just click on the Pale blue highlighted text (run setup.exe) and the program should start to install

    I also tried the run setup.exe, it goes thru the install shield wizard then freezes up, then i click cancel and it gives the error box and says Feature transfer error error 1603 fatal error during installation consult windows installer help (msi.chm or MSDN) for info.I have tried it various ways -10 times and never get past that install wizard box as shown. http://i112.photobucket.com/albums/n...screenshot.jpg

    Thanks for the screenshots. I think you may have a bad CD/DVD. I would contact the makers of FTM. Ask for a replacement. Offer to email them these screenshots.
