Need this type of software...

Hi guys,

Is there any software for an audio file operations, like cut, join, convert, extract audio from video file, which supports almost all formats.?

If yes, please suggest me with that tool.

Well, it doesn't necessarily do all that, but it can extract the audio from movie files and convert movies to other formats.
