Please post back a screenshot of your Revo uninstaller Program listings on front panel. Drag the window large enough so all programs show at once. Use Snipping Tool in Start Menu.

Hello gregrocker and all the members who are helping, Thanks
The current situation is this. I downloaded and installed the Revo Pro Full Version Trial. I then reinstalled SuperAntiSpyware and updated it. I ran Revo Pro and it was there staring me in the face the SAS Icon. I did an uninstall advanced and it proceeded as usual. When done, the dang Service was still there. I rebooted and have looked several times and it appears to be gone from the Task Manager/Services.
I am going to look again to make sure my mind is not playing tricks on me. This time the Folder and file in the folder SuperAntiSpyware was correctly deleted by the Revo Pro.
I can't believe we may have won. So tentatively it is solved. Hurrah to one and all who have contributed to this deceptively painful issue.
Kudos and thanks to all, if it is really gone. I will return after another look or two to report the issue status.
Lets hear it for you guys!

Thank you all sincerely. Without your ideas and perseverance, we couldn't have done it. This in one heck of learning experience for me. I will get some Bourbon and wash away the taste of impertinent Services.

    Uninstalling SUPERAntiSpyware

To uninstall SUPERAntiSpyware please visit the Control Panel and select the Add/Remove Programs option. Locate SUPERAntiSpyware in the list of software and click the Remove button.

SUPERAntiSpyware will be completely removed from your system.

    Hello Jacee,
Maybe I got a bad copy, but the first time I uninstalled was with Windows 7 uninstaller. I am not sure I trust that as much with my limited experience.
Thanks for the advice. Have a good night.

Now run CCleaner "Run Cleaner" and Registry tab, then Auslogics Disk Defragger to clean and order HD perfectly.

    Howdy gregrocker,
Thanks again for your help. I guess this is another question but I was under the impression that CCleaner which I love on XP Pro and before, doesn't work with the 64 Bit system. Could you clarify in some (moderate) detail why that is a false assumption.
I do not get the reference to Registry Tab, newbie, remember! I have Advanced System Care Pro, which in my experience does a deeper scan, even in it's free form than CCleaner. Although I'm am still leery of it. Would that suffice instead of CCleaner?
Thirdly and the last, you apparently consider Auslogic a better defrag then the Windows version, which I use. Is it a great difference?
Thanks or any information you can share on the above. I value your recommendations.
