Cannot choose iphoto 4 to open .jpg/.bmp by default

    Cannot choose iphoto 4 to open .jpg/.bmp by default


    I try to point to C:\IPhoto\PROGRAMS\IPE.EXE but
    open with will not let me choose IPE.exe as default-viewer for .jpg/.bmp!!!???
    I choose open with and standard browse and points to C:\IPhoto\PROGRAMS\IPE.EXE
    but nothing happens. Windows 7 ignores IPhoto!!!???
    Can somebody help me to register IPE in regedit in some way so i can choose
    this program as default picture viewer?

    Picassa or IrfanView - Official Homepage - one of the most popular viewers worldwide
    From what I have read these are pretty decent programs for iphot 4

    Sorry, just throwing those out that others are using.
    There will be someone else along that can provide you a solution to using IPE.exe.
