The option is there but if you haven't spend any time in the bios on any system it can hard to ID right away. It would best to have it disabled in the Device Manager right off while finding the bios option is best sought by looking in the board's user manual in that section where things are gone over.
The model card you have now sees one page at C-Media Electronics, Inc.
Notice the "Block Diagram" on hte page there. Those two arrows illustrate the input and output to external not internal sources. The output from a video card as well would go to a tv or other item like patching a camcorder into the card for pc viewing.
Prices depend on where you can shop as well as look! Most will check things out at a vendor like newegg while others will search for things at EBay or one of the shopping sites. Newegg has been having some breaks on video cards and now will likely have a back to school special going for one you might be interested in.
First you will have to figure the price range and particular specs you want to see. There's everything from low through mid range to high end and ultra high end models to consider. Arre you considering an ATI driven model or simply planning to get another NVidia card?
