Question about VIA VT1708S

If anyone has a motherboard with the VIA VT1708S audio chipset integrated and you use it for audio, I am curious, does it by any chance support the pitch shift (aka Karaoke) function?

I have the VIA Vinyl VT1708B onboard..but I don't use it. AFAIK I didn't see any EAX effects type stuff in Control Panel, when I did use it.
