I need an EQ for internet browsing (thus, a sound card???)

    In the year that I've been here I've never had that happen, if you join the Win SevenForums and stay signed in you won't see ads, however, if you're a visitor (or a member not signed in) you will see ads.

    It hasn't happened again, so maybe it was just some weird freak incident. Downloading the drivers didn't give me an EQ, apparently, it is LOST in my settings somewhere, or I disabled it by accident, or something. I'm just going to buy better speakers, and hope that makes a difference.

    Did you look in the Control panel?

    Sometimes theres a Realtek Configuration there.
