    Audio Laggs / Distorts

Hey guys, i've been using my Lenovo S10e netbook for almost 1 year now and it has been working perfectly fine until a week ago when the audio starts to lagg whenever I open a program or a file. Say im listening to a song on WMP and I load a website on the internet, the audio would then 'lag' and distort into crackles and weird robotic sounds and would also crackle. Very hard to explain the exact sound lol. And this also happens when im trying to load a video on youtube or any other video sharing website, and the strange thing is that when the video buffering is usually finish like when the light red bar is fully loaded (youtube) then the video and audio would work fine.

Any ideas to what the problem might be?

    Thanks.

Sounds like possibly lack of memory (RAM) and it could even be an interrupt problem. Sound has a low system priority and is usually on a shared IRQ with a higher priority device which can cause sound interruptions.
