No audio output device, not responding to anything i have read on here

I go to the cp, and go to the device manager and click on my sound devices, ATI High Definition Audio Device and IDT High Definition Audio CODEC, both have the yellow triangles. I disabled them and then enabled them but to no prevail. In the device status it gives me this message,
"Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)"

If I could get some help that would be great.
    thanks

See THIS on disabling the driver signing. That fixed a CD drive problem and maybe will also fix the audio problems.

When did you press F8? It has to be pressed BEFORE Windows starts to load. You should get a menu with several options.
