    Hotkey for volume?


    I want to use a hotkey on my keyboard for adjusting Window 7's volume control. I do NOT want to use a hotkey for specific programs, just for Window 7 volume control.

    Can this be done w/o a 3rd party program?

    No media keys on your keyboard? My Logitech keyboards have volume up, down, etc keys on them and they work in windows 7 without having to install the setpoint software. I poked around in windows control panel but didn't see anywhere to set or change those key assignments.

Hello, I recently got this problem, that my volume hotkeys stopped working, (Acer Aspire 5560G) AMD High Definition Audio. I also tryed plug in other keyboard that have's volume hotkeys but still doesn't work.
So I have a Blue Yeti, and I'm an online animator/voice actor. Whenever I record audio on my Blue Yeti (OR any other mic) I record about 4-6 inches from the mic, and turn the gain down enough that the audio doesn't peak as I yell or whatever. This is what you're supposed to do if you don't want...
