Yesterday accidentally i clicked "IObi Toolbox" ,Fixed media player button" so is that the problem. If its sow how do i fix that problem?

"IObi Toolbox" ,Fixed media player option re-register windows media player ".DLL" and ".OCX" files.

Are you hearing static like sounds or does the sound break up? When did this start, was the computer fine then all of sudden the sound went bad? I would try a previous restore point even beyond the start date, if you don't like the change you can revert back.

Be careful with "accidental" clicks on programs like that.
Chances are, all it does would be make you a regular in the problems section
