Ok, I went back and took a look at your first image, and I'm thinking that it may be the HID - Consumer Control Device.

Before we go further, I want to make sure though.

Do you want a screen of their properties? (HID-Compliant Device)

Ok, thats not it, but I have been talking to a friend, and he wants you to try installing this in Compatibility mode.

Now, just for fun, I went to the file I downloaded (Launch Manager), and ran the setup in Compatibility mode, and I recieved no error.

So how about we try that.

Are you familiar with Compatibility Mode?

Yes, I have just installed the program and it works, but, as known, I can modify only two keys..

    Here there is a screenshot...

    What should I do, now?

Ps: Here it's late (3.35 AM) I'll do everything tomorrow, bye!

I restarted my notebook yesterday and didn't happen anything, today every tap on volume keys increases/decreases general volume of 10%, like in Vista

Thank you so much Scott, you are very polite and helpful
