    I use MediaMonkey and it works just fine on my box, which is exactly the version you were asking about.

    I use Zune Player, iTunes, and WMP. all of them play my music just fine and work perfect in Win7 64bit.
    I am still on my original Win7 install, 19 months now and everything is fine.

    Try this;

    Spider Player - The Ultimate Music Player

    No longer developed, but first class.

    I personally use Foobar2000 and very happy with it. It's quite fast, lightweight and reliable.:)

    I'll reload Foobar, but I also thought of one right under my nose, as it were.... I use VLC player for all things Video, and it has a very strong set of Audio features as well.
    preset EQ's, custom EQ's, Spatializer, and more.
    its a bit slow to start but once loaded its awful handy.
    I just never thought of it in the "music player" category

    I'm also downloading spider player... give it a whirl in "pro" mode.
    thx for the idea
