coaxaudio to tv not working

This is indeed the cable I have :)

I have the speakers set as the default device as standard when I use my headphones, so that should be right.
Though I can't find the configuration setting for 2.1 that you are talking about.
But Im suspecting that you might mean the stereo setting? like on the pic.



So if thats right, it should work when I plug the tv in but it doesn't :/

Just to be safe I tested if the cable is working.
Put up an old computer with xp, and watched a movie with sound working perfectly ;<

amokchen, haven't forgotten about you, just sort of out of ideas at the moment. Hopefully someone else might have an idea that will get this working for you.
