Speaker to Headset help..

When I jack in my headset, the sound is still same as the speaker's... how to make the sound decrease automatically when I jack my headset? It's really annoying...

Windows 7 does that natively, you just set the volume for the headphones when they are plugged in using the volume mixer, remove them and set a different volume for the speakers. When you plug the headphones back in, the volume will revert back to the level you set it when they were plugged in previously.

Alfrey48, when you try to do the above it does not automatically change for you?

Yes, the sound doesn't change automatically... the volume is still high. So I forced to decrease it manually...
