    hi all
sorry if this question has already been answered. i spend a lot of time gaming and like my tunes too.
so is there a way i can have the sound from game and teamspeak through my headset and the music through my speakers. both at the same time. i have my speakers plugged in the rear audio. my headset is usb. onboard 7.1 audio. ive managed to get game through speaker and coms through headset but that isnt wot i want.

any help will be much apreciated. cheers folks

It is not a good idea to try using multiple audio signals simultaneously on a PC. It can cause a lot of problems.

Whether it will cause problems or not, seeing as you're using a USB headset in addition to the onboard sound you can,

    1. Set the headset as the default playback/recording device in the Windows audio settings.

    2. Use something other than WMP that allows you to choose/use an audio device other than the Windows default, and set it to the onboard audio in the programs settings.

That should get the game and TS3 to come out through the headset while allowing the music to be played through the speakers.
