it just saying it cant detect it but it says its enabled and working but it keep saying its not pluged in does it matter if i have a pc audio input in the back of my tv ?
What says it cant detect what? Do you get this error on your PC, on your TV?

If you have other audio inputs into your TV then you need to choose which audio input it should use. It can not use two audio inputs at the same time. It can only use the input which is enabled. This needs to be enabled on your TV.

What device says it can not detect the ati hdmi audio output? On what screen are you seeing this error?

The TV screen, or your PC screen?

In order to make the TV accept a certain input, you need to use the TV menu.
