    Fuzzy sound when my computer does something stressful


    Like load a page and open up stuff, my sound sounds all fuzzy and bad!

    That's hardly enough info to be able to make much of any suggestions on. What if you play an audio file, does it sound okay?

    it sounds fine if im just listening to it by itself... but if i do something stressful to the computer as said in first post, it is fuzzy and bad

    It sounds as though the problem is with system sounds, rather than audio in general. I would suggest that you go to the Sound tab of Sound in the Control Panel, and test several of them. If they are also fuzzy, I would guess that your sound card is having a problem with .wav files. Not sure what could be done about that, except that reinstalling the sound driver might help.
