Is this then an add-on for one of your browsers? If so, disable and delete.

If you do not find it, then first complete the other steps and we can come back and find the plug in via other means.

Can't find it. I use firefox and looked in my ad on's & plug ins. Its not there, also did a search in my plug ins and ad ons.

Going to do the rest.

Today I did do SFC/verify and it didn't find anything wrong.

As soon as I finish the short list will get back with you.

CC Cleaner Startup attached.

SFC/scannow didn't find anything.

As for going to the FixIt Center, what exact one do I select for the DVD/CD solutions

uncheck ALL except for:
Sidebar C:\Program Files\Windows Sidebar\sidebar.exe /autoRun

You are not disabling anything or deleting anything by doing this. You are tellling Win 7 to not run the programs at startup time.

Got if fixed. Nothing that I did above told me what my problem was or fixed it.

Contacted my local computer store and explained to them what my problem was, they sent me a WMP quick fix and that seemed to do it.

Took less than 5 minutes.
