Windows 7: Volume Graphic GUI

Volume Graphic GUI

I have a DELL Latitude E5220 I had to re install the OS which is Win7 Ultimate x64

everything is back to normal except when I press the volume up and down I don't the GUI graphic on the screen showing the volume control level.

How can I get this to work again?

Oceans Blue, welcome to the Seven Forums.

That looks like it is from some Dell specific utility as it isn't native to Windows. If you didn't install it pretty sure this is the one that has it,

My WEI graphic and gaming graphic score just dropped?
Recently did a reinstall of Windows 7, and ran the assessment. Before the reinstall my graphic score was 7.6, now it dropped to 6.0. Same driver, no new hardware. What can this be? The graphics card is ATI 4890 1GB, running latest catalyst 9.12
