Your English is just fine. Don't worry about it. :)

If you're playing a video game and trying to get sound from another source, there may be an explanation. Video games will often lock all of the resources on a computer to the game itself. That's pretty normal, but it means that you can't maybe use the sound from another source while the game is running.

Have you tried to use Media player and YouTube at the same time without the game running? What happens then?

It might depend on the game. I play Civilization IV and I can listen to WinAmp as I play it, but I can't do that with BioShock Infinite. For me it depends on the game, and it might for you too.

In playback devices under properties of the device you can tell windows to not let programs take exclusive access of the device thus removing this restriction. This may mess up audio playback through wasapi if you use that for anything though.
