How to setup asio4all in DAW software?

I'm trying to get sound output from either FL Studio, Reason, or Ableton Live to my headphones which are plugged into my Auzentech Bravura. I go into either software, click audio settings, then select ASIO4ALL as the Input/Output, click show ASIO panel. When I select Auzen X-Fi Bravura 7.1, the sub menu shows a red X on both Auzen X-Fi Bravura 7.1 S/PDIF-In as well as Auzen X-Fi Bravura 7.1 Headphone. If I hover over the X it has a > "In use by another application?" I have no idea what the problem is. The sound works fine running through my onboard sound with speakers.

I have Sonar and I have to first select and enable my sound device and then whether I want ASIO or WDM.

But, I've had problems with ASIO4ALL and it's disabled devices on my PC, including my Focusrite Saffire Pro 40 recording interface.

My Focusrite Saffire Pro 40 has a (software) control panel where I can route all my outputs to either the headphone outs and/or the line out for my Studio Monitor Speakers. It's not done in Sonar. I route it to the Saffire Pro 40 in Sonar but the control panel routes it within the Saffire Pro 40.

The gearslutz forum is a recording forum and may be a better place to ask your configuration question. http://www.gearslutz.com/board/music-computers/
