LAME Mp3 ACM install not working for Virtualdub

Honestly, I can't remember how I got this to work in Vista x64, but i remember it took a few tries.

I believe it was the Lame Mp3 ACM, right click the .ini to install.

Under VDub it does not show up under audio encoders

anyone else know of a way to get mp3 encoding in VDubMOD or VDub
