Inadvertent removal of 'Speaker' & 'Headphone' outputs.

In Control Panel/manage audio devices. Dialogue Box 'Sound'/playback, I clicked on disable for the speaker and headphone. These two options have now disappeared from the box. How can I restore them, please.
Related (I think). Under 'Device Manager'/Other devices, an audio controller legend has disappeared. Also, 'PCI Input Device' has a ! . Grateful for any thoughts. J

A System Restore MAY get it back working.
If not, Go to the Device Manager and Scan for new hardware and see if that restores it. If not, post a screen shot of the Device Manager and also expand the Sounds section and show what is listed.

You should delete the Dell Service Tag. Dell considers that personal data and it potentially lead to someone scamming you.
