Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit 7600

the asus realtek hd audio manager looks different to my desktops realtk hd audio manager which i guess is why i didnt recognize it.
my reference to the amd sound is because it is the amd HDMI output that shos as the working sound.
in the sound panel, what used to be the default before you installed the realtek driver.

need "always on top icon & msg for "default audio input/output device"
I need to always display the default audio input and audio output device currently on win7. Would like to launch a small program on change as well or instead. I tried to use task scheduler but was not able. Help! Thanks, Ray
