Cant find Realtek Hd audio manager program on my pc

Im trying to find the Realtek hd audio manager program
heres a picture of the program im meaning

On my old 2010 desktop with current drivers to open the audio manager i would just type in Realtek in the start menu and it would come up but now for my new laptop if i type that in nothing comes up. I have the current drivers and have even tried opening

"Ravcpl64.exe"
which I read that, that is supposed to be the audio manager but it doesnt open, so noe im stuck any idea on how i can get the audio manager?

windows 7, 64 bit

Reinstalling the drivers and software from Realtek's website and/or your OEM should do the trick.

I actually just did that, just finished restarting my computer, still cant find it.
