    My laptop sound stutters

Please help me people! I'm having a problem in my laptop, which is sound stuttering. It's really annoying!
I get sound stuttering usually in games like WOW, COD4, Valve games and GTA VC/SA.
The stuttering occurs whenever a sound plays, like in CS, when a guy talks "Fire in the Hole!". My game stops for a second and skips almost half of that sound. It's very annoying because affects the gameplay alot.
I'm searching for a fix for a long time and I hope you can help me.

    My Laptop specs:

Pentium Dual Core T4300 2.1 GHz
    4 GB RAM
    Nvidia G103m 512mb
    500gb HDD
    Windows 7 Professional 64 bits

PS: Sorry for my bad english, I'm portuguese

This sounds more like possible compatibility problems between the PC and games. Does the PC meet the game requirements?

    2000SolidSnake,
Welcome to SF. I would look into your start up programs and see if you can remove as many as possible to free up some resources. You're running a 64 bit rig then look into maxing the ram to at least 8gb as these days it's very inexpensive and make a great speed difference.

I would check to make sure your audio and video drivers are all up to date. Go to the manufacturers site and see if there are any other important updates for the mobo and audio related items for you laptop.
