Can't set up 5.1

    Can't set up 5.1


    I used to be able to go to control panel, sounds, configure and I'd have stereo and a 5.1 option. Now I only have the stereo option and I'm not sure why. Help?

    The options that come up are speakers/hp and headphones (rtc)

    Have you tried to reinstalled audio drivers?

    Can you find out what make and model your audio chipset is? Chances are installing the latest drivers will fix that.
