    Sound drop outs.

When I'm using Chrome or Firefox and I'm watching/listening to something in the browsers, the sound drops out if I do something in Windows or something else in the browser. I know that sound drop outs can be associated with DPC latency, but when the sound drops out and crackles the DPC latency is green. I only get a spike every once in a while. These sound drop outs are REALLY bugging me.

I see this is a laptop. Can you connect using the Ethernet port/cable rather than the wi-fi for testing? If you can, disable the wi-fi controller and use the wired and see if you still have the sound problem. Wi-Fi adapters are one of the prime causes of noise. If you look through the many posts here, you will see pops/cracks are a frequent complaint (with both laptop and desktop systems).

Also, make sure you are using the Samsung supplied Realtek sound driver, non-vendor sound drivers can also be a problem.
