Why are all my recordings low volume and garbled?

    The actual recording of sound itself may just be to due to your microphone, and no problem, sorry we weren't able to completely resolve your problem.

    Your sound card might be fine. Here are a few references to help you understand why you might have distorted recordings

Here is a challenge I have Windows 7 with IE8 and use MS Office 2003 MS Outlook for my email send and receive. My wife has Windows XP with IE6 and uses MS Office 2003 MS Outlook for her email send and receive. A mutual friend sends us emails to bcc, if it is email text only, we both receive OK....
Today i started up my computer and whenever i watch a Hulu video the sound sounds like its underwater. This is only for the main show, the ads sound fine. Also Youtube is clear sounding. Anyone know what could be wrong?
