Individual speakers for left and right audio (2.1 setup)
I am currently running a triple monitor setup with a widescreen and two 4:3 monitors on either side. each 4:3 monitor has a sound bar attached to it. A sub-woofer is also connected. (Though I don't believe it matters in this case) My motherboard (EVGA SR-2) supports 7.1 surround supposedly through a Realtek ALC889. What I want to do is have one sound bar play only left front audio and the other to play only right front audio, essential making each sound bar an individual speaker. (Meaning each uses a separate jack) I haven't even figured out how to change from stereo to mono sound yet because the feature appears to be removed from Windows 7. (Even though it existed in XP) And I've also only ever been able to select one audio output even though I need 3. So, the main question is, how would I go about enabling both speakers at once, and making them each play mono (R/L) sound?
