In device manager expand the sound devices. Uninstall (not disable) them all and remove from disk. Now reboot and reinstall them. Did you do that already?

Do you have a Lenovo install disc? or is a retail win7 disc?
You might need to install the driver and software from the lenovo disc. I would say these would act the same as downloading from Lenovo, but during install, the program might pick up on the fact that it is in fact installing from a certified Lenovo install disc. I don't want you to have to purchase it from Lenovo if you don't have it though or if it won't actually help.
Have you tried contacting Lenovo directly by phone about this issue?
I think this has to do with the proprietary audio software that your laptop uses. Did you clone the recovery partition as well? can you load the recovery and see if it can repair it/install its own drivers/software?
if all else fails, reinstall windows. and install the driver but not the software. if it still doesn't work, install the proprietary software. if that doesn't work, contact Lenovo and get a install disc from them.
I guess I am all out of advice otherwise. wish I could help more
Oops. I dunno what just happened. Well this gives me an excuse to try cloning again, I guess. The image is big.
