No Speakers or headphones are plugged in

    Do you have speakers plugged in? , If so ... click on the control panel and then click sound.
    Click the speakers, then click the 'properties button' (bottom right) ... make sure it's set like this image. then clik apply and OK your way out.

    If that's the Model Number it should listed in the System Manufacture/Model Number line.

    I didn't find that model (its not listed at Acer) but a 4810T is listed.

    fireberd i found a audio driver on the site that is by realtek do i get this one? if so once i download it what do i do with it

    Those links are invalid.

    The RealTek shows as the correct driver for the 4810T, if that is your model. Usually just clicking on the file will install, however some come with instructions.

    i downloaded and instaled the sound driver but it still didn't fix it

    Is the Speakers (your realtek sound) set as the default audio playback device?

    Go to the Control Panel/Hardware and Sound and finally Sound. In the Playback section, your "Speakers" should be set as the default playback device. You can also click the Configure button and test them there.
